Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Once you place an order, our internal team will process and prepare it for dispatch within 24 to 48 working hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Post processing, the package is handed over to our courier partner and is typically shipped within 2 business days.
1.3
You can expect your order to be delivered within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery times may vary slightly based on the destination and local courier services.
Courier Services via Third-Party Logistics Partners
All orders are fulfilled using trusted third-party logistics providers, who help us deliver your jewellery safely and efficiently. These are professional courier companies known for handling delicate shipments like jewellery.

Tracking information will be shared with you via SMS/email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
2.2
Once the product is handed over to the courier partner, Opulent Jewellery is not responsible for any delivery delays, mishandling, or package loss caused by the logistics provider.
2.3
In case of any issues post-dispatch, our support team will gladly assist in coordinating with the courier company on your behalf, but resolution may depend on their processes.

We strongly recommend that customers inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and notify us immediately.
2.5
Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as unavailability of the recipient or an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes across India.
3.2
For COD orders, a nominal handling or convenience fee may be applicable and will be displayed at checkout.
3.3
Orders above ₹25,000 may require additional verification via call or email before dispatch to ensure the authenticity and intention of the order.
Shipping Charges

We may charge a certain fee as a shipping charge on all prepaid orders, regardless of the order value.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may be applicable.
